You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our Miami facility. All orders come with tracking capabilities so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
We offer two dynamic shipping choices:
– Express Performance Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
– Free Standard Shipping: via EMS on orders over $50 (15-25 business days)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees depending on local regulations (these are not included in your order total).
What if my package is delayed?
While we ensure prompt dispatch from our facility, once shipped, delivery times depend on carriers and customs processing. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, simply place a new order and return the original item within our 15-day window.
