Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium activewear and your right to complete satisfaction. If our Body Barrier collection, leisurewear, tracksuits, or any other performance wear doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple return process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Leotards (both men’s and women’s collections)
- Any worn or washed activewear
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- The items being returned
- Original tags still attached
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your exchange preferences in your email
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we process your return
Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Body Barrier, tracksuits, or leisurewear collections:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
Performance Wear Guarantee
We design our activewear to withstand your most intense workouts. If you experience premature wear or performance issues outside our standard return window, contact us – we may offer a partial credit or discount on future purchases from our collections.
